The Problem
Even with its advanced features, Entrix was missing a key component, an online presence. The app didn't have a dedicated website, which meant it lacked a primary platform for marketing, support system, and connecting with users.
Our Solution
We designed a website with a focus on simplicity, engagement and informative, featuring user review, what entrix is about, easy access to entrix app, support system that provides a comprehensive FAQ and a help section to assist users with common questions and issues.
Our Process
User Research
To address Entrix's lack of an online presence, we began by interviewing our users to understand their needs, pain points and frustrations.
Define
Our team gather all the needs, pain points and frustrations user's experienced, so that we could have a better understanding of whats the overall problem is.
Ideation & Prototyping
We developed a information architecture so we could visualize how the website content would be laid out, along with sketches, wireframing and prototyped design.
